We all have friends or relatives that keep losing their keys or misplacing their wallets, and if you really pay attention to all those people, you might find they don’t have the time to do all what they want to do.

Developing an Excellent reputation
Success is a direct result of hard work, there is no doubt about that. Just look here at Bubblews, users that take shortcuts and try to fool the system are usually short-lived. The people that takes time and put a lot of effort into creating posts that bring Value are the ones that are more successful. And for sure their posts will continue to attract views, likes and comments long after they were originally posted.
A purpose in life is the key to living longer
Ask yourself the following question: Do I have a clear and important objective in life? If you do then you might live a long life.
A recent study published by Psychological Science indicates that having a purpose in life is an indicator of mortality risk. Researchers Dr. P. Hill and Dr. N. Turiano studied individuals for 14 years, based on the Midlife in the United Stated (MIDUS) Study and found that individuals with a sense of purpose live longer than people that don’t have such goals.
Self-created pain – Opinion
Are you the kind of person that put things behind and move forward quickly? Or do you continue remembering bad situations and asking why that happens to you?
Working from Home? Increase Productivity by Eliminating Distractions
Whenever we have a pressing deadline we need to focus all our efforts in completing the work at hand. In order to do that we need to eliminate or block distractions that takes time away from us.
Investing in yourself
In a book I have been reading from Brian Tracy, there is a section dedicated to Self Discipline and Personal Excellence, and in that section, I found a little piece of advice that I think is very valuable.
He says “Invest the 3% of your income back into yourself”, in practical terms he says that you should invest 3% of your desired earnings (not your current earnings) in books, courses, seminars, and other educational materials that allow you to increase your expertise, in terms of skill and knowledge and grow in your field.
Urgent or Important, what do you do first?
Every morning people make decisions as to what they are going to do with their time, in what activities they will spend the productive hours of our day. They check To Do lists and get ready to start tackling the items on those lists.
But many times, they have to drop everything and focus their efforts in solving an urgent matters or last minute requests. And then their day becomes now a constant race, trying to catch up and complete as much as they can…
Sounds familiar? Well, I think this happens to all of us.
Even though we do not have control over unexpected events, we can have productive and rewarding days, if we define our priorities, and stick to them.

Inspiration Source: Nick Vujicic
Do you complain a lot? Do you think your life is complicated and not fair to you? Well, you are not alone, most of us do at some point.
Personally, when I do feel like that, I try to find sources of inspiration, most of the time I discover remarkable people, that in spite of their personal circumstances (and limitations), have risen to overcome obstacles they have found in their lives, and have set an example for everyone.
One of those people, I discovered recently, is Nick Vujicic, a 28-year old Australian who was born with no limbs (tetra-amelia syndrome in medical terms). Naturally he struggled during the first years of his life with his disability, but eventually he conquered it with support from his family and friends. He became a Christian Evangelist and started doing motivational talks that have taken him all over the world.
In his book “Life without limits”, Vujicic shares his views on how to face challenges life puts in front of us, and how can we have, in his words, “a ridiculously good life”.
What do you do for Meditation?
One of my goals at the beginning of the year was to start meditating as a necessary complement of my other goals related to eating better and exercise more.
However, I have not really done any meditation this year, because:
a) I have not allocated time for it
b) I have not developed a realistic plan to start my meditation
So this post is sort of a request to you the reader, for some advice that allows me to put together a good meditation plan.
Some of the aspects I have considered, and want to validate with this post are:
1. Time: Early in the morning, is what I have seen is most recommended.
2. Length: Not sure what a good meditation period should be, probably 15 minutes, since I am beginner.
3. Location: I intent to practice at home, in a quiet corner. But some people do their meditation outside
4. Techniques:
a. I don’t have a defined technique yet, probably just let my mind wander for a little while and the focus on an image or word.
b. Focus on Breathing calmly
c. Focus on Relaxing the body
d. Any other aspect to consider?
Do you embrace or reject change?
Today formally marks the transition from winter to spring, and while we welcome the warmer temperatures and look forward to an explosion of colors everywhere, we also think about change and hope the new season brings better and nicer things into our lives.
But not all of us perceive change in the same way, while some embrace change and act quickly, others refuse it and delay as much as possible any modification to their current condition. Just yesterday I was reading how a fellow Bubbler was talking about making some major changes in her life, and how quickly this process is becoming a reality.
I am not that way, I take my time and change but at a slow and steady pace. Sudden change is not appealing to me, and only occurs in extraordinary circumstances. But, in spite of this, I accept and embrace change.
