With the announcement in late May from &Arvind , I am looking forward to the month of July and all the changes and improvements on this site.

Since nothing has been specifically said, I have made a list of the thing I expect, and hopefully become a reality when the upgrade is rolled out and the enhanced experience starts

No, I am not going to talk about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his famous speech. I am going to tell you about a dream I had last night related to Bubblews.

In my dream I was curious about what those blank comments I my profile were saying? I was wondering why people still took the time to put those comments there even though nothing can be read.

My first three months at Bubblews

NBaquero 3 Month VeteranThree months ago I joined this community, and as you can see by my staggering numbers I am huge success. Just kidding. My stats are very modest, but they reflect my approach to Bubblews.

I am proud of having resisted the urge of connecting with everyone that posts anything. I’d rather slowly and naturally build solid relationships with fellow bubblers.

Seems like I will be reading for a while

Well after trying several things during the last couple of weeks to try to keep up with my flow of notifications, I decided to devote a couple of days to read, like and comment on my fellow bubblers posts. I will not be posting any bubbles for now.

My initial objective when I joined Bubblews was to improve my writing skills. So far, I have written and published close to 90 articles, I need to go back and read them, and edit them to apply some of the things I’ve learned from fellow bubblers.

How do you keep your focus for creating Bubblews

Winning ShotIf you are one of the most prolific bubblers around, you are probably writing ten Bubblews a day, if not more. To be able to achieve this feat, you have to be pretty focused on your writing and have a flawless method to achieve the highest level of productivity.

For the rest of us mere mortals, we just struggle to put together three or four posts a day, if we are lucky. Besides we spend hours trying to come up with the minimum required 400 characters to be able to post at least one of our Bubblews.

When I first joined the community, about 5 weeks ago, I was just posting as soon as I was able to finish my article, but pretty soon discovered that method was not effective, since I did not have the time to interact with fellow Bubblers and, in parallel, prepare my next post.

So I changed my method a little bit, trying to do one thing at a time in batches (write a couple of articles first, then post them, and finally interact with my connections ) . This works a little better but still is not that effective.

What I have observed, is that once I define the title and a few bullet points, I need to do some research to create the contents, even if writing about personal stuff. And in this process, I constantly lose my focus.

So I am working towards a routine that allows, me to keep focus on my writing first, and then in my interaction with other Bubblers.

Bubblews – A manual for life improvement

I joined BubbleMan Sitting on top of booksws in February 10th. During this time, apart from posting about many bubblews, I have read hundred of posts, from which I have learned a lot.

Bubblews is a huge idea repository, from quick tips for daily life, to positive thinking, to nutrition, to sports, to business; everyone has provided me with ideas for my personal improvement. I even learned a nice way to help children in need while not using my Smartphone.

I was not expecting this when I first started, so this knowledge is a bonus that I gladly welcome.

Bubblews Archaeology

ID-100187856 Searching the bookSo this weekend I did not post too many Bubblews nor did I make many new connections, on the contrary, my objective was to catch up with all the notifications, and read some of the posts from the people I follow, but somewhere along the way I got derailed and decided to do some archaeology.

I started to look at the earlier posts from many of the bubblers I like to read, and needless to say, what a real treat that was.

I uncovered some old pieces from them, that got me thinking and also found some funny pieces that made me laugh. I saw how the writing and the tone of these bubblers have changed and evolved in as little as six months. I got to connect with them on a deeper level, by just reading their old posts.

Tip for publishing in Bubblews: How to count characters in Microsoft Word

Being a newbie at Bubblews, sometimes I struggle to find a subject for my posts, but when I do, I am afraid the final article will not have the minimum required characters count, that is 400 characters per post

So, I want to share the tools, I am currently using to ensure I meet the minimum character count. For starters, I always write my posts on a word processing application (namely MS Office Word).

Using a Word Processor allows me to do a spell check, before submitting the post on Bubblews. But most importantly it gives me a quick count of the words and characters on my post.
