Thanks to CERN for giving us the World Wide Web

On April 30, 1993 the CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) published a letter, that arguably changed the world for ever.*

On that letter the CERN put its World Wide Web (WWW) technology in the public domain, making it available for everyone and giving one of the biggest all-time donations to humanity.

Just think about it, thanks to that, the explosion of Internet took place and today everyone has benefit from it, you and I can freely type our posts and share them through the web with people all around the world, thanks to that we all get educated and informed. In my view the impact of this donation is huge.
