Most people have a morning routine to manage their lives. Whether it is by design or just occurs naturally, day after day, we follow a sequence of steps to help us get started or go through our days.
For instance every morning we get out bed, take a shower, get dressed, have breakfast, get kids ready for school, watch some TV o read the newspaper, etc.
But I think is important to have a structured morning routine for the following reasons:
– Make your day stress free
– Be More Productive
– Manage time more effectively
If we take the time to develop an organized morning routine and follow it for a few weeks, until it becomes a habit, we will take control of our lives, or at least take the rush out of our mornings.
